Woodcrest has an impressive record in infection prevention, healing, and skin integrity. We are equipped to perform treatments on site, reducing the need for outpatient visits or extensive home care. Specialized supplies including negative pressure wound therapy are used to promote healing and comfort.

Woodcrest expertly provides complex medical care for residents that need regular on-site physician attention and assistance by specialized clinical staff. Our experienced nursing and rehabilitation team offers valuable insights into treatment for residents requiring tracheostomy, feeding tube, total parenteral nutrition (TPN), comatose, traumatic brain injuries, cognitive deficiencies, COPD and other complex medical care.

Our facility offers a home-like environment and state-of-the-art therapy and treatments that address residents’ special needs. If you have an illness requiring the extended use of IV antibiotic and/ or hydration we can help. Sometimes receiving IV therapy is the fastest way of getting the care needed to get back to a normal life. Our Registered nurses and physicians are trained extensively in administering and monitoring fluid delivered thru IV.
Board Certified Physicians including a Medical Director, full-time physicians and Internal Medicine Doctors are all dedicated to providing quality care at Woodcrest. The physicians attend to residents frequently and coordinate care through a team of skilled nurses and other specialties.
